They kind of train you. They can get you a job if you are willing to lie to your future employers.

Cons

Low Salary, Make you lie in your interviews after training, hold you ransom at 30k if you 'break' their contract within 2 years. The contract is essentially illegal.

Pros

I have been working with them for the last 3.5 years now. Good training, very supportive teams and friendly people. The software skills you learn during your boot camp with them is highly worth it and it is free of cost! I am now working as a Software engineer (contractor) with one of their F500 clients and have learned a lot professionally.

Cons

Salary should be on par with industry standards. Housing during the training should have more facilities.
