Pros

I work at Munson Healthcare Grayling Hospital and it is a good place to work. My fellow employees are friendly and social. I also work another career and they are supportive of working with my other schedule.

Cons

I would like to see interest taken in me. I work hard, smart and go up and above what's required but I have not been considered for advancement.

Train you to do the basics to cover other employees vacations than drop you...The turnover is very high!

Pros

Great flexibility, family oriented. They tried very hard to work with each person and promote within. Yearly raises and great benefits package.

Cons

Great place to work. Sometimes management was lacking on serious issues but eventually issues were taken care of. Munson overall is great though. Was hard to switch to different departments.
