Pros

Decent amount of PTO but they took away all our paid holidays so... i guess not anymore

Cons

Horrible management, Took away paid holidays, Told No overtime after 3 months of working there, Rewarding bad behavior, No raises, Wont pay you for the job your doing, they will have you down as a lower paying job and have you do more than what youd expect of the lower paid job, Management will yell and cuss at you. Laying people off, Will steal your time(altering time cards to pay you less/wage theft), offer you a promotion with no pay increase, just more work. So poorly run i cant even put everything here.

Pros

The local team was enjoyable and the branch atmosphere was good

Cons

The VP has no clue how to motivate managers. Makes statements to dismiss employee concerns that make zero sense. Don't expect to drink coffee here, Upper management cut all that off.
