Pros

With so many locations, lots of inventory to pick from so you can sell a ton of trucks here. Additionally, if your selling you can pretty much come and go as needed., However, there IS a cost...

Cons

Truck sales staff treated as if they are truly despised by the company. The needs and concerns of truck sales staff come absolutely dead last to literally every other position in a branch.

Pros

If you push the issue, you will get trained. Same with pay. They were getting spoty for awhile on tech pay but it's moving in the right direction.

Cons

They don't hold bad technicians accountable. More focused on management interns than what pays the bills and that's the techs. They have changed our uniforms twice both were worse than the last. Techs that wear the uniforms where not able to give any opinions on the uniforms they wear for 50 hours a week. Techs make the money so there is no professional training or mentorship for the next level. They can't have is moving off the floor. Holiday benefits are pretty much non existing. Be prepared to work most holidays while your management team are at home with their families.

Pros

Unable to imagine anything positive originating from this corporation

Cons

Regarding this position: unachievable commission pay ratio; long work hours i.e., Monday through Friday from 7:30am to at least 5pm; on-site work requirement at beginning and end of each workday i.e., must go into work to get vehicle and must leave vehicle on premise at end of day; mandatory meetings on a weekly basis; expectation to perform other work duties but not be paid accordingly e.g.. counter sales duties when counter salespeople are on break, at end of day when counter is not covered, or when counter salespeople are taking PTO, or delivering parts to your customers in lieu of not having enough delivery driver coverage; expectation to work on holidays or use PTO; repetitive routines i.e., daily route schedule for sales calls to customers on the same day each week on a weekly basis; feeling like a mobile order taker or delivery person instead of an outside sales professional Regarding the company: micro-management, high employee turnover, Cookie cuter corporate culture, high cost of employee benefits i.e, health insurance, dental insurance, 401k, and HSA
