3 days off a year (Thanksgiving, Xmas, New Years)+ don't expect a raise most ppl have worked there 2+ years n still complaining about it + no growth opportunity + no professional development + Egotistical managers with no motivation to lift up employees + alot of immature employees with low mindset + lack of COVID concerns.

Lack of experienced corporate leadership that will tie your hands with required processes. Will then tell you not to follow some existing process or inform you how to work around them. Do that, then you will have someone else from corporate insist that's wrong and you shouldn't listen to the other corporate executive. All politically trying to justify their job with little to no interest in improving the branch level employees work lives.
