pay closer attention to the branches further away from corporate. too much cronyism and they are not fair. what they do for some they don't for others.

Cons

Senior management has the power to do whatever they hire and fire with out direction or due process. It’s all political if your boss like you then you have a job no matter how you are performing. If your boss doesn’t like you highly likely you will get fired without justification.

The wages and benefits are decent.

Cons

Work culture non-existent. Work/life balance expected from employees is skewed. Very white and right. Laughably unthanked & under-compensated corporate/office roles get to clean up after the saleschildren who are grossly over-compensated. Easy to get jaded there.
