Pros

Good benefits large parts department most of the guys that work in the shop are friendly and helpful pretty steady at 40 hrs a week decent pay for the industry

Cons

Make promises that they do not live up to until you try to quit then they want you to stay because they can't find good help and keep them opportunity for advancement seems low make you Finish jobs that someone else started previously

Pros

Good people to work with and around. Hang out sessions/work functions happen a lot to where people can let loose and have a good time. Good pay with benefits PTO request never get denied Everyone one is willing to teach you if you dont know

Cons

It takes a long time to move up in the company to a managers position due to the traniee program they have in place.

Cons

Liared to employees & worst to customers. Discriminatory to employees & would sell truck out from under other employees. Never paid correct commission. No training. Management was very unprofessional
