Company ensures you get the greatest training available. Pay is good. People employed by this company are good to work with. Boss at my location is heavily involved in the workers success.

Decent coworkers between parts and service departments, decent pay after years of employment, decent PTO given each month.

Cons

Very few paid holidays 3 to be exact Reactive rather than proactive when addressing safety and management concerns Turn over rate due to unrealistic expectations Reminded every hour that you are a number more than anything Understaffed which puts more onto the employees that are still there Long hours for anyone that is not an hourly employee 50-60hours per week for salaried employees
