Pros

You deal with a high volume of transactions and a wide variety of people, which can be exciting and challenging. The position forces you to develop a robust skill set, including negotiation, sales origination, financial analysis, and problem solutions.

Cons

The job comes with intense pressure to meet sales quotas, process deals quickly, and ensure every piece of paperwork is perfect. Is highly repetitive and with a minimum process control. A big portion of the job involves meticulous paperwork, processing credit applications, and managing relationships with salesman, customers & lenders. The administrative load can be overwhelming.
