Pros

Good company for young and inexperienced. Spend two years learning as much as you can. You will be promoted due to high employee turnover. Update your resume and find a better company.

Cons

Lack of experienced corporate leadership that will tie your hands with required processes. Will then tell you not to follow some existing process or inform you how to work around them. Do that, then you will have someone else from corporate insist that's wrong and you shouldn't listen to the other corporate executive. All politically trying to justify their job with little to no interest in improving the branch level employees work lives.
