Pros

PTO accrual, employers working on the ground floor

Cons

Horrible health benefits, no room for advancement and does not post jobs that are open, upper management is incredibly difficult to deal with, you’ll probably be training the person that makes more money than you.

Pros

Great health care plane and PTO. they will send you to school to learn how to paint, weld, or to do anything pertaining to the job. They are a very understanding company and work with you if something goes wrong instead of fiering you right away.

Cons

The management acts kinda childish sometimes and has a hard time getting along so it makes it hard to do your job when your shop leaders are not communicating with each other. I am strictly talking about the body shop not the company as a whole and granted the shop does have a lot of stuff going on constantly but that the main reason you need your leaders to be on the same page with each other
