      Big Company Mentality Hurts Good Blue Collar Workers

      A paycheck. Minimal benefits available. Locations around country allow for possible relocation.

      Cons

      Benefits are sub par. Pay is low. Disgruntled employees due to negative atmosphere and lack of advancement. Unaddressed mental health issues among workers creates hostile work environment. Vacation and time off is pathetic.

      Pros

      There are no pros to this company. They treat their employees like dirt, and lie deliberately in their mission statement about how they care so much about their employees. They don't care about you, they care about how much money you will make for them.

      Cons

      Abusive environment, abusive management, hostile work environment, take complete advantage of every situation, and horrible PTO program. Good luck if you try to resign, they will do everything in their power to make you suffer. VP's make million dollar bonuses, but they can't afford to give you one day off due to weather. They would rather you risk your life, than to give you a paid day off. Do not work for this company.
