Very little sales support. Lack of cohesion between branches. Every man for himself mentality.

Not in a cubicle, having separate offices is a definite plus

Cons

No flexible scheduling, most of the work can be done from home

Thanks for your feedback! Our offices are very nice and most of them have recently been re-modeled. We have a very nice kitchen and break area! MHC is aware that some employees would like the option to work remotely and this is not going unheard. Thanks for your hard work.!
