Pros

You will learn how the registration and licensing process works with DOT. Manage customers' accounts and relay issues to the customers so that they can know more about their vehicle. Chance to earn CDL and the difference between each truck model and what it is used for. Keep up with monthly goals for the branch while mainting a pipeline of customers past and present.

Cons

Crazy work hours trucks are always moving and have certain mileage that they should not go past. Will have to get up and go get trucks having to deal with traffic mid-day. Will have to double check everything and if the trucks are not being monitored correctly will result in termination
