Can't think of any pros.

Cons

Lowest pay of any retailer out there. Good ole boy club. Extreme favoritism. The culture creates a very low morale. Division managers are robots who drink the kool aid. No autonomy to do your job. You are on your own. Very little support.

Nice office, decent pay, nice little town

Cons

Horrid senior leadership and company culture. A lot of lip service done about looking after their people. Fact is, if you are in a leadership role, you will be micromanaged, challenged and second guessed at every turn. Employee development is nonexistent and a lot of talent is squandered. Very funny to me that MUSA keeps somehow cleaning up their GD reviews but just can’t manage to build a healthy culture. Toxic doesn’t even begin to describe.
