Great Culture, Fun Work

Pros

Great company story and great morals. Very fun and exciting projects to work on. Team-centered culture with tons of training. You can walk in with nothing but a willingness to learn and find yourself succeeding in this role and at this company. Currently experimenting with remote work as well which is excellent for work-life balance. Employee retention is pretty high overall as well, which shows the overall buy-in to Musco's mission.

Cons

Location can be tough for those not from a small town or south-central Iowa. The pay is relatively low, but living expenses are also pretty low.
