Coming to this company from a much larger organization I was uncertain of what to expect. I have been pleasantly surprised. The employee population at this company seem to genuinely enjoy their work and it is reflected in the culture.. The company does more little things for its employees than I can list. This company is a throw back to how companies used to treat their employees. People come first at Musco Profit-Sharing!
