      Every day is different, profit sharing, and a great group of people to work with. Team understands that there is a life outside of work.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average, but putting in the hours and hard work will provide great results in the long run.

      Pros

      Musco is a very family oriented workplace. Team members are helpful and respectful to one another inside and outside of work. They are exceptionally supportive of people's personal issues and strive to make a positive impact in each team member's life.

      Cons

      Musco doesn't pay as much as I would like for the years that I have worked there. I don't feel that I have many advancement opportunities in store.
