As a field tech you get to see sights most people will never see. Working behind the scenes at location like Nascar events, NFL stadiums, the Olympic games or just your local high school sports field, be it football, baseball, tennis...etc. Company pays for Hotel stay. Hotel are Holiday inn type standard 4 star, not forced to stay at lower 1-2 star motels. you keep reward points from hotel membership

Cons

As a field tech you put in many long hours driving to job location in the company van. van seats comfort is poor . There's no cash per diem . your are allowed a $50 a day charge on the company credit card for meals. Many many long hours working solo . This job is for a single person with no personal life.

Excellent team structure which encourages you to step up your work for the team. Good communication with other departments. Market leader in the industry.

Cons

Since there is little competition, pay is not competitive. Bad communication within certain departments and management tends to worry more about what is good for them, not what is best for the company.
