Pros

-working with the clients we serve -making a difference -a handful of wonderful staff working for the mission, and not salary

Cons

-overworked -constant stress -regional office is not effective or efficient -high turnover and still no changes in management -no comp time -no appreciation within the association (although the appreciation from clients means more) -top heavy management style -regional office micromanages while providing zero support or guidance -regional office causes emotional stress weekly -management requires several weekly reports that they do not look at -management dumps on districts -all expectations are set on districts, not regional or divisional
