If you love what they sale, it will be a fairly easy job to handle

Cons

Management had done a lot of changes that may of benefited the company but not the employees or even customers. Also showed no remorse towards letting employees go during Covid-19

Commissions were not bad. Friendly environment with great benefits. Flexible work schedule.

Cons

All about the sales and being on the phone with limited time for other duties. Seems like there is a lack of good leadership and strategic direction.

Literally none, there is no benefit to working here. They dont want you here long term.

Cons

Terrible work environment, horrible company culture, underpaid, overworked. I worked at Sweetwater for over 4 years and MF is not even a competitor.
