Sucked

Pros

Barely any. Sometimes commission is nice, but only the times of year when we got a lot of people calling to actually buy

Cons

Endless micromanagement. Unrealistic sales goals.

Pros

Meet new people Direct Management can be pretty chill Okay discount Good benefits If you are a musician, then customers will easily warm up to you.

Cons

New policies suck No set desks anymore. Made me take everything home. Secret shoppers are a joke, you’ll get written up for failing to make a sale with them. (Should happen if said employee were to fail the call with the secret shopper frequently.) It is hard to move up in the company If you have a write-up for the slightest thing, they make it hard on you to get a different position within the company, or even get full time for that matter.
