Pros

Discounts! That's a huge plus, but it's also super fun to work with musicians in every stage of success. Being able to hone your sales chops in an environment that is fun is an excellent skill builder. The employees are cool (for the most part). I can't recommend this place enough.

Cons

The company is a bit old fashioned. There a better paying jobs available. Base pay is nice, but commission is much lower than most.

Starvation wages, disconnected management. Your truly feel like a number and replaceable. Scheduling is a nightmare.
