Pros

The company has an amazing platform. The leadership is excellent and its a real community of people who work there. Most the employees have been with the company a long time and are great support to the newer employees. They know how to run a business and create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere while working hard. The CEO can be tough at times but is also fair. There is a "must win" mentality that is driven home daily along with a sense of urgency to get projects completed. I was given several raises during my tenure as I performed well as did the company.

Cons

Nothing negative to say. The company is committed to success and the people who work there are as well.
