I think that each day will be a challenge here. It was for me. I didn't feel like seeking any positivity here.

Cons

The compensation seems like an awful joke. It isn't enough to live comfortably in NJ. These cruel people want employees to work brutal and exhausting hours, but don't pay them well. It's ridiculous. It's terribly stressful to try to live well on a poor salary.

Pros

Almost 10 years here and still glad I came in every day. The work is meaningful, the team is supportive, and there's real room to grow — I've been able to take on new challenges and develop my skills the whole way through.

Cons

Honestly few. As with any growing company, things move fast and priorities shift, but management is transparent about the "why" and that makes it easy to roll with.
