Leadership is always accessible and gives the sales team real autonomy to build their book, owning their results. The company has real scope and consistently growing and improving. If you're self-motivated and want to work somewhere your efforts have a direct, visible impact on the business, it's a solid place to grow.

Cons

As a smaller company resources and tooling are still being built out. If you're used to a big corporate infrastructure, there's an adjustment period. Processes are evolving which can be frustrating but also means there's room to shape things.

What I appreciate most about MyRegistry is the level of trust they place in the team. As a Data Analyst, I’m not just stuck behind a screen all day because I’m actually invited to be part of the bigger conversation. The culture is very welcoming and you can tell everyone is genuinely working toward the same goal. It’s a supportive environment where leadership actually values your insights, which makes the work feel much more meaningful.

Cons

Since we’re such a collaborative group, you’ll definitely find yourself stepping outside the typical analyst bubble to help with different projects. It’s a great way to learn new things, but it does mean your days are rarely predictable.
