Pros

The culture continues to get better and better and there is more focus on the team and the guests than ever before. The pay is good and the leadership cares about you, but will hold you to a high standard. Good benefits & perks.

Cons

AT&T has frequently changed their comp structure, which means the My Wireless comp structure also changes. Luckily, it's much better now than it's ever been and the changes just shift the focus and not the earning potential.

Pros

One pro that you can get your feet wet in the cellular field.Get your feet wet then try to move to a core store ASAP

Cons

1.) Worst higher up management is terrible . All they see are number in a really dry market and will say no one is doing their job correct . 2.) They pay you minimum wage and say commission will be your money maker but if your store is not making money then they screw you over. 3.) They like you give you bigger jobs like being a key holder without the pay. 4. They will expect you to sell to customers more then what they can afford . 5.No ones seems happy when they come into work. 6.This company will see you as a number and nothing else. 7.NO work balance life.

Pros

Position allowed for a lot of latitude. Worked from home with company provided laptop and company cell phone.

Cons

There was no structure and I don't think they really had a definite path or plan for what they were trying to accomplish.
