Pros

Working with tech can be fun and is not physically demanding by any means. Commission (when unchanged and realistic) combined with base pay makes for just about a livable wage.

Cons

Upper management are clueless as to how to actually sell any services. They hide in zoom meetings and talk in analogies instead of helping you become a better salesperson. Upper management who visit your store or have you on meetings will talk in circles and never set an example on how to sell. They expect that you go above and beyond. You have to call customers (who were not informed they were on a list to be called) to try to bring them into the store, or post on social media to get the word out in order to actually meet goals. Constant turnover and commission changes make for stressful work environments. Management would rather use punishment and dangle an unobtainable carrot in front of you rather than give incentives or teach. Many people who I would have expected to learn from end up disguising tips as way to rip customers off. They essentially want you to work around the clock to hit your goals or straight up lie to customers. Or both! They do not care about you, they care about numbers. If you are hitting numbers, no matter how you are hitting them, you are an asset. Keep in mind you could be the best customer service representative but if it is slow and you don't want to strip away your humanity for this months commission check, then you are on your way to being fired or too broke to continue to work for the company. I have seen many customers turn to me when they are completely baited and switched by somebody else trying to hit their goals so they can pay their rent this month and then I'm stuck with cleaning up a mess while also not being able to get the commission for that particular customer. In short, My Wireless wants numbers and will do anything they can to hit them. This includes lying to customers and employees. More for them and less for you. Find a way by any means seems to be their motto.

Pros

It’s ok at first ..

Cons

They literally reward people for getting sales by being shady and think “I wish every employee thought like that” They don’t give raises for tenure. You could literally be in the same position for 10 years with the same hourly pay.. just the commission decreases all the time.

Pros

The customers the customers were the best part of my job they come in. They have a smiling face because they see that it’s me. That’s there to help them instead of somebody else who gave them a bad experience before to where I have helped them and made sure that their issue was taken care of every time that they come in the store because of me that’s what makes it worth it to me.

Cons

Upper management every employee inside that office building in Texas the corporate location in Texas or the corporate office in Texas. I’m sorry this is an authorized dealer not a corporate store or whatever just to make that clear. I’m talking about the owner corporate office anyway anybody in management up there, those that Make it OK for store level general management to do as they please no matter what the cost and anybody above that is OK with it apparently even if the situation is unethical..
