      Everything if you are not a friend of the Dm you dont be part of something.less hours,less sales,and make your live miserable for all employees except for his family and friend in Puerto rico all my wireless store have same problem from the same dm

      It’s ok at first ..

      Cons

      They literally reward people for getting sales by being shady and think “I wish every employee thought like that” They don’t give raises for tenure. You could literally be in the same position for 10 years with the same hourly pay.. just the commission decreases all the time.
