Pros
I generally liked my coworkers, and the feeling of being able to genuinely help customers with their issues was great Moving up the chain was quick and easy (I got a promotion to store manager within 2 weeks of working at my store), but was usually a function of how good one was at misleading potential and current customers.
Cons
Management was completely focused on sales, even at the expense of giving the customer honest expectations, which led to a lot of below the table policies and dealings.
