      - rides on the reputation of at&t

      Cons

      - management says they will do things to improve but nothing happens - stores are staffed with just one person. hard to take breaks. not ideal for going to back room. no time to do non-sales stuff. - commission structure changes every month and always to reduce what goes to sales team. i have never seen a change where i got paid more. - poor communication. no one wants to watch videos of an old, balding dude who mumble shouts. - they have a team of philippinos who calculate our commissions. often late. often wrong.
