Pros

Overall friendly staff and friendly physicians and PAs/NPs. Nice spacious private rooms for patients and affiliated with University of Michigan hospital.

Cons

Like any other business out there, this hospital is about saving/making the almighty dollar. Which means do more with less. I think that this can come at the cost of adequate patient care...

Pros

The benefits were pretty good considering the current state of healthcare. Company values were ok, but could use some work.

Cons

Those in Midland which is where the corporate headquarters are feel they are more entitled and important than those who work at other affiliates. Midland accrued more PTO, had higher salaries, better job titles, etc.
