you are the bottom of the pecking order, that's just the way things work, some nurse will take advantage, management has high expectations for techs when it comes to stocking and keeping all the nurses/patients happy.

I work with some great people and enjoy my work (well for the most part ), but MyMichigan Health IT department - well, it's alright to work for, if you're looking for no advancement in IT, No training and no support from Managment in your career. they will promise job advancement and then lie to about it, just to keep you around. Most staff are frustrated because of the lack of support and Managment sees everyone has replaceable for the most part. MyMichigan likes to hire from outside the company, so that a plus if you are looking for a place to get paid until your next job. The pay is fair, but weight it against the stress and aggravation Maybe not that great. You can work Hard and do your best but end up hopeless and wonder why you are there at times. So, If I knew than what I know now...I would have looked somewhere else.
