Pay is good, location is fantastic, some of the co workers are really friendly, prof and helpful.

Cons

The management set me up, intentionally, for failure. Communication between people and teams is not their strong point, some managers dont reply or want to share info, they are sexist in meetings, pulling others our with their comentaries. Leadership has no direction, redundancies happen every month and some coworkers are unskilled and need micro management.
