      Good stable company. Good equipment! Good pay. Job gets better with seniority.

      Cons

      Hours can be really long when starting out. Starting out on extra board. Cannot take single days of vac. In summer months, only full weeks at a time. Winter months you can take single days of vacation.

      Easy fast paced work environment

      Cons

      N&Ms health insurance is great at covering alot of things. But they do not cover anything to help with weight management except a nutritionist.
