Pros

Well established company that has been around for 100 years. The people in the stores are amazing and in the DC as well.

Cons

Having to go through two re-orgs back to back (1 year apart) is brutal and nerve wracking. Still a boys club and people do not want to change.

Supportive leadership with management that will actually listen to you on a personal level and actively shows consideration for the whole team when making decisions

Cons

In my time working there, there were some disagreements on the team but you're going to find that kind of obstacle to work through just about anywhere
