Pros

I work with really good people. They e been fair and understanding when I was in the hospital.

Cons

However you don't really get any benefits and little sick leave and vacation. I didn't get paid for those days off even though I had 12 hours of sick pay and 4 hours for a floating holiday. That's after 3 years. I've never taken any sick or vacation time.
