Pros

I had no issues with NAPA/GPC. It was a good place to work. Solid benefits. Good folks. I simply became burnt out with my role and my manager.

Cons

There were some leadership issues in my department that contributed to my disillusionment with my position. Hybrid work schedule was inferior, even when coming out of COVID. Senior management was too anxious to have us in the office and once we returned, meetings were all still virtual. What was the point in being there in person?
