Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are working very hard to attract talent that come to us with diverse backgrounds. While having parts expertise is important, we also want to make sure that we are hiring people who may not have the auto background, but have a passion for people, service, and have the willingness to learn the rest. We cant teach passion, but we can teach the automotive skills that they need through our great training and people. We are working very hard to strike that balance at NAPA!
