Friends that's about it. Nice work hours

Cons

No one listens. They all make you work more then you have to including doing other people's jobs because they can't hire people for it. They won't pay you extra for it and slip in the statement it's part of your job which it isn't. Raises don't exist.and they don't hire managers within they prefer to hire people outside of the company who have no experience
