Pros

Very little pressure for completing calls quickly. Store Manager is excellent. Challenging job.

Cons

Understaffed. Staffing based on sales, so if your store is doing poorly you get less staff. Upper management very policy driven and rigid. Outdated POS system, virtually no training when you start.

Extremely hot in warehouse in the Summer.
