Pros

-vacation time -dental/health coverage -paid sick days/personal days - hires from within - friendly coworkers(not always.)

Cons

- some workers pretend to never make mistakes and will often insult you and compare themselves to you. - pay is miniscule -short-staffed, lack of drivers and they expect you to obtain high efficiency despite a large service area. -they care more about numbers on a sheet than they do the individual. -dispatcher would often create routes that make you work beyond your time consistently. - not open Sundays. A benefit to some, but it's not a Mon-Fri business. Which means some people will have split days off. If it was a business open 7-days a week then everyone can 2 days off rather than a split. It creates difficulties for personal life. -work/life balance - Toxic work environment. Takes too long for a solution to be made, and by that time you will be burned out, frustrated and not wanting to go to work.

Pension maybe benefits. Friends that's it

Cons

They could careless about the worker. They advertise their huge profit of over 1 billion dollars. Yet each worker gets a raise of 15 -70cents ??? Are they kidding me. They do know everything has gone up. This raise doesn't cover the gas I pay to get to work. Hardly any women in management. Have workers sleeping during their shift. Or they don't do what they got hired for. Horrible place. Stay away. Napa needs to get their store managers on top of what their employees are doing.

Pros

Owner is a fellow mechanic with both 310S and 310T! Very competitive wages. Great benefits and retirement plan. Moved to the North with my family, and am very happy I found an employer like Roly’s Service Station. Not only has the owner been welcoming to my family and it’s needs, he has also been very willing to show us around. The owner understands the business and how to treat his employees. Great place to work.
