Pros

Helping people fix their cars or items. Large selection of parts and tools that cover the spectrum, allowing a knowledgeable employee to help each person who comes through the door.

Cons

So much favoritism and "he said/she said."

It’s been nice to meet new customers and provide good service to them

Cons

No opportunity for advancement, no managerial oversight, vastly different standards and requirements for different employees. 10 days off per calendar year whether you’re sick or have a vacation planned. No direct deposit.
