Pros

Work/life balance, vacation time, management flexibility for family situations, lots of training opportunities, 4 week vacation time, 13 days sick leave.

Cons

Too many people with nothing to do, solidly entrenched government employee mentality, no bonus potential, raises dependent on archaic system of years of experience and not on merit.

Pros

Amazing opportunities are possible at NASA Dryden Flight Research Center. Management is great at getting good people on the projects or positions they want to be in. Working hands on with airplanes is a unique experience and will excite any aerospace fan.

Cons

The remoteness of the location is a huge downside of NASA Dryden Flight Research Center. The drive out into the desert every day takes a toll on you, plus the surrounding areas to live in are not ideal choices for most people.
