We have a relaxed culture that encourages a healthy work-life balance and allows us the flexibility to control our schedules while creating a great product and interacting with fantastic people.

Cons

We are struggling to keep employees in a single office space in our headquarters as we continue to grow - however, we are working toward a larger space.

We appreciate your candor. We recognize we have fallen short of our care for people in the past. However, we are working to improve our company culture by providing more company lunches, events, philanthropy opportunities, and communication in town hall meetings. Great work environment, fun team to work with in an environment where the most important goal is happy customers. NAVEX supports the cause of making workplace environments safe, ethical, and compliant for employers and most importantly for their employees. Very collaborative atmosphere with highly intelligent and outgoing colleagues.

Cons

Fast growth means lots of training, so ensuring the company gets every colleague on-boarded and equipped for success is always something they're striving to improve.
