      Pros

      I was able to move around quite a bit within the organization. Provided a lot of training and were usually always supportive of career development.

      Cons

      I walked away with a lot of great insight on what not to do as a supervisor. Really, I've never seen so many horrible supervisors (there are some great ones too) within an organization, and it was similar at every job site I experienced. Also, always a lot of turnover, a lot of red tape implemented by NAVFAC and as a tax payer seeing how much money this organization wasted made me sick on a daily basis. The organization is super top heavy too and has way too many people managing other people.
