      Pros

      Some locations are laid back, jeans and sneakers. Most offices are the casual cubicle farm environment while other locations are business formal and uncomfortable is you're a jeans person but great if you're a suit and tie kind of guy.

      Cons

      Limited room for advancement some departments fall extremely behind after a year when all of their 7's and 9's get time and grade and move on. Then the process begins all over again hiring and training new people while trying to get caught up.

      Pros

      The pay, holidays off, insurance, typical 40 hour work week.

      Cons

      Horrid management at every level. Also, way too many levels of management. I'm not sure what half the managers do. Something you could normally do in a day yourself working in private industry takes weeks, or even months to achieve. Probably the worst micromanagement I've ever seen. Get treated like a little kid. Also, management typically has no experience in construction or anything related to it. I'm not sure how this place stays afloat.
