Won't Commit Resources to Technology

Pros

Not many CS people, so there are some opportunities to be the "expert" on something, if that's what you want.

Cons

Essentially no commitment to growing technology. Hiring CS people is difficult, so just having any understanding of DSA, or just being able to code, makes you an "expert." Ultimately very little room for growth.
