      Being part of an organization with a diverse mission and the opportunity for public service.

      Short sighted leadership (overall, with exceptions) who live in thier own bubble, are afraid to take responsibility for actions and decisions, and will not listen to their subject-matter experts.

      flex hours, . Pay banding taking place in the fall, so will be able to rise ranks faster .

      Cons

      Gov job, so when you get away from engineers and have to deal with other depts. you will miss the department you work in.
