Top heavy, disorganized, every customer you work with rightfully hates your organization, the organization’s yearly kudos is how much money it spends, run by engineers who have zero engineering experience, their solution is to hire more employees when the problem is all the requirements it puts on itself, it is agreed upon by the majority of employees that the organization you work for is it’s own worst enemy, management is powerless to get rid of bad employees, had some of the worst managers I’ve ever seen (I mean laughable)
